Once your order is confirmed, we begin hand-pouring. Production usually takes 2–4 days, after which we pack it safely and ship it out.

Orders over 50,000 won ship free; below that, a 3,500 won shipping fee applies. Jeju and remote areas incur an additional 3,000 won.
Personal orders start from just one piece. For bulk orders of 20 or more—events, corporate gifts, or retail supply—we provide a separate quote, so please note it in your message.
We can engrave names or messages on the ceramic vessels and customize labels. A small extra fee applies per piece, and production takes an additional 2–3 days. Just include your desired text in your message.
Every candle is hand-poured after your order is confirmed, usually taking 2–4 days. Bulk orders and engraved pieces may take longer, and we'll confirm the exact completion date in our reply.
